At IIT Madras, I’m building coarse-grained polymer-physics models of chromosome condensation and benchmarking them against experimental Hi-C data to explain genome architecture through mitotic exit.
At IIT Bombay, I developed multiscale molecular-dynamics models integrated with experimental synthesis and characterization. This work established design principles for electrostatically self-assembled nanomaterial hybrids and protein stabilization in ionic liquids.
As a Research Associate at IIT Bombay, I developed machine-learning-assisted kinetic Monte Carlo workflows coupled with atomistic defect mapping to predict hydrogen and carbon diffusion kinetics in crystalline iron. My work has resulted in 10 peer-reviewed publications, including a co-authored paper in Angewandte Chemie International Edition.
