At Connectwell Industries Pvt Ltd, I created 3D models of terminal blocks, innovated three snap-in mechanisms, and automated most of the mold design process for relays and terminal blocks using macros. I also gained hands-on experience with injection molding, sheet-metal processing, and casting.
At IIT Mandi, I built an NTGK/MSMD battery model in Ansys Fluent to simulate direct immersion cooling, improving the existing methodology with a different setup and a low-viscosity fluid. I also developed a real-time F1 simulator that combines vehicle dynamics, CFD-derived aerodynamic coefficients, and Monte Carlo strategy optimization.
