At IIT Kanpur, my PhD work focuses on creep and high-temperature deformation of alloys. I build reproducible computational-materials workflows in Python and check them against experiments or published data.
In my Computational Materials Science Portfolio, I calculated aluminium's creep activation energy from first principles, obtaining 1.26 eV against 1.28 eV measured. I also reached 80% phase-prediction accuracy on a 1,545-entry high-entropy-alloy dataset.
As an AI Training Task Author at Alignerr (Labelbox), I author an engineering reinforcement-learning task, including its problem design, reference solution, and deterministic Python grader. I also teach at IIT Kanpur and have provided step-by-step GATE Mechanical solutions through Unacademy.
