What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a QA role where I can strengthen requirement-to-release quality, collaborate closely with engineering and product, and expand automation for scalable testing—especially in AI systems—so we ship stable, high-quality releases faster.

I’m a QA Engineer with 5 years of experience in software testing across Booking & Reservation, Airport Management, Healthcare, and AI-related systems. I focus on requirement analysis, test case design, functional and regression testing, and release validation to catch critical issues early.

Most recently, I led quality assurance for an AI Agent & Automation Platform, covering LLM integrations, AI evaluation workflows, retrieval pipelines (RAG), context management, and external tool connectivity. Because AI can be non-deterministic, I leveraged test automation to enhance coverage, improve efficiency, and support scalable testing of AI behaviors.

I’ve also supported high-impact migrations and ensured data consistency, workflow integrity, and system behavior before and after deployment. I designed and executed regression plans for AI-driven workflows, and collaborated with engineering, product, and design teams to clarify requirements, reproduce issues, and maintain strong product quality in fast-paced development.

Earlier roles included end-to-end QA for a healthcare supply chain/inventory system and airport booking and operation management systems, where I tracked and verified defects with development teams and supported post-maintenance validation in production. As a QA sub lead, I coordinated daily meetings, task assignment, progress tracking, and defect monitoring to help deliver on time with no critical issues.
