I've led quality assurance for enterprise security and Managed File Transfer systems at OPSWAT, serving as Primary QA Owner across 50+ product releases. I managed testing plans, risk assessments, release validation, quality sign-off, and production-readiness assessments for business-critical releases.

I test enterprise workflows end to end across functional, integration, API, regression, and UI/UX coverage. My work includes SQL backend validation and authentication integrations including SSO, LDAP, ADFS, and Azure AD.

At OPSWAT, I also served as the sole QA for Salesforce initiatives and early-stage web application projects, owning testing from requirements analysis through UAT and release validation. Earlier at KMS Technology, I tested healthcare web and mobile applications for global users alongside distributed teams.

I'm committed to practical quality improvements, mentoring junior QA engineers, and learning new technologies. I have also built Playwright and TypeScript end-to-end automation for SauceDemo and completed an API automation project verified with Postman.
