What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Salesforce QA role where I can lead functional and regression testing, run UAT, and build automation with Tosca. I want a collaborative team that values defect clarity, test strategy, and continuous quality improvement.

I plan and execute tests for Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and priorities. I bring a detail-oriented approach to identifying and tracking defects, using Jira to drive efficient reporting, resolution, and reliable delivery.

I collaborate closely with development teams to address issues promptly, and I actively lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions to ensure Salesforce solutions match real business needs. I also maintain stability through rigorous regression testing and continuous improvement, with strong project documentation and teamwork.

Across my work, I’ve led functional, regression, and system integration testing, including ITGC and access control testing based on opportunity stages, profiles, and roles. I design, execute, and maintain end-to-end manual and automated test cases using Tosca, and I validate Slack alerts for Sales routing to the right channels and solution consultants.
