What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a suitable professional position where I can use my banking experience, commerce education, computer knowledge, and customer-handling abilities while contributing to the organisation’s growth and developing my professional skills further.

At Union Bank of India, I handled daily cash deposits and withdrawals, cash balancing, and end-of-day closing activities as a Senior Customer Service Associate.

I assisted customers with account opening and KYC procedures, passbook printing, and other account-related services.

I processed cheque clearing and NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS transactions, and responded to customer queries and banking requests.

I also performed data entry and routine computer-based banking operations, and assisted customers with government banking schemes. I hold an M.Com and B.Com, and have completed the RS-CIT Computer Course.
