What I'm looking for

I am seeking a senior/lead role in quality, compliance or clinical governance within health or social care where I can drive regulatory excellence, coach teams, use data for improvement, and influence positive service outcomes.

I am an experienced Quality and Compliance Lead with extensive background across health and social care, including adult social care, the Care Quality Commission and a children's hospice. I lead clinical governance, contract management, regulatory compliance and quality improvement, and contributed to an 'Outstanding' CQC rating in 2023.

Previously I inspected and regulated NHS and independent health services for the CQC, producing clear, evidence-based reports and supporting services to improve ratings from Inadequate or Requires Improvement to Good. I manage audits, incident analysis, GDPR, Patient Safety Incident Response Framework implementation, and deliver data-driven improvement using Power BI and other Microsoft applications.

I coach and mentor staff, lead policy development, and build strong stakeholder relationships across commissioners, regulators and partner agencies. I am multilingual (English, Urdu, Punjabi, Gujarati), thrive in both autonomous and team settings, and am committed to lifelong learning and compassionate leadership.
