I’m a Data Analyst who builds practical analytics solutions—connecting data engineering, business intelligence, and automation—to help teams make faster, better decisions. I’m especially strong at turning complex datasets into clear insights through KPI tracking, trend analysis, and stakeholder-ready reporting.

At Cisco Systems as a Consulting Engineer, I built analytics and automation for enterprise operational reporting and decision-making. I developed ETL pipelines to extract, clean, transform, and process operational and ticketing data, then delivered KPI dashboards for ticket volume, resolution times, backlog trends, SLA compliance, and team productivity.

I also automated reporting workflows and improved operational visibility by creating Jira analytics pipelines using n8n and APIs. From there, I performed trend analysis and root-cause investigations to identify workflow bottlenecks, and I designed REST API integrations to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Earlier, as a Software Engineer Intern at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I used SQL and Python for data extraction, cleaning, validation, and transformation, and I supported operational reporting within Agile teams. Through projects like customer/healthcare/HR dashboards and a credit card fraud detection model, I’ve sharpened my ability to deliver analytics that are both insightful and actionable.
