I've built end-to-end analytics projects using Python, SQL, and Power BI, including a 50,000+ record sales dashboard tracking revenue growth, customer retention, and sales velocity. My analysis identified the top three revenue-generating customer segments to support a pipeline refocus.
In an HR attrition analysis, I cleaned employee data, applied SQL window functions and salary segmentation, and found that overtime employees earning below median salary had 3× higher attrition. I enjoy making messy data reliable and presenting practical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
