Modified schedules and coordinated directly with Subcontractors and Suppliers for Data Center Projects, verifying that each Subcontractor completed their contractual requirements. Ensured all required permits or licenses were obtained and safety notices posted.

Completed audits of Purchase orders and managed certain commodities on contract with International suppliers, processing Change Orders and Approved invoices. Analyzed and evaluated proposals, and negotiated subcontract provisions.

Studied Electrical Engineering and Business Administration. Gained knowledge in mission critical systems, commercial construction, and data center operations.
