I’m an IT Consultant with a dynamic approach to driving technological change and enhancing client systems. I focus on proactive problem-solving to ensure optimal performance and strong user satisfaction.

In my current role at Polaris Bank Ltd, I provide technical expertise for the design and implementation of complex IT solutions. I also create and document IT systems across networks, software applications, hardware components, databases, and security protocols, while training end users on newly implemented technologies.

Previously, as an IT Support Engineer at NIIT Ltd, I installed, configured, tested, maintained, and upgraded computer systems and network equipment. I deployed new PCs and laptops with OS installation and required applications, and supported the design, implementation, and management of LANs, WANs, and Wi‑Fi networks.

Earlier, I worked as a Medical Data Entry Specialist at Palmars Hospital Ltd, where I developed accurate patient records in line with HIPAA regulations. Across all roles, I bring methodical project management, conscientious work ethic, and clear communication to deliver reliable, timely results.
