I’m a customer service and photography professional who blends calm, empathetic client support with polished event storytelling. I’ve built my reputation on accuracy, responsiveness, and delivering high-quality results—whether at a photo shoot or in a high-volume service environment.

In customer-facing roles, I handled demanding workloads with strong attention to detail, including processing 70–120 transactions per day and managing cash volumes up to ₦3 million with 100% accuracy and end-of-shift reconciliation. I resolved complex issues calmly, identified potential fraud through monitoring, and kept accurate customer records in database systems.

As a Freelance Event & Studio Photographer (Self-Employed), I capture and edit professional images for weddings, birthdays, school events, church programs, and get-togethers. I manage the full workflow—from client consultations and creative concept development to lighting, guest engagement, setup/breakdown, and timely delivery—while maintaining strong client relationships through follow-ups and referrals.

I recently completed a Higher National Diploma in Mass Communication (Upper Credit) while continuing freelance photography (November 2025–present). I’m at my best when I can communicate clearly, solve problems fast, and combine technical craft (editing, posing, lighting) with service excellence.
