I operate and optimize MFA, design Conditional Access policies aligned with Zero Trust, and manage PIM, access reviews, and identity lifecycle processes. I also support enterprise application and SSO onboarding using OAuth 2.0 and OIDC.
Before LTIMindtree, I was the final escalation point for high-severity incidents at HCL Technologies, supporting Adidas users and retail stores. Across my IT operations work, I handled SLA-critical incidents, conducted root-cause analysis, and shared technical guidance with analysts.
