I'm looking to continue building hands-on experience in talent sourcing, research, and recruitment, particularly across technical and international hiring. I value opportunities to own sourcing strategy, build high-quality pipelines, and support hiring teams from search through candidate handoff.

I've supported live technical, security, mechanical, and creative hiring at STEPS Talent Consulting, The Headlines Studio, KMAC Talent Management, Relief Mission Foundation, and Soven Developer. At STEPS, I source and evaluate candidates across 10+ concurrent requisitions, using Boolean search, Google X-Ray, LinkedIn sourcing, and structured pipelines.

I've screened 1,000+ resumes and conducted 200+ screening calls at KMAC, while at Relief Mission Foundation I screened 800+ resumes, conducted 300+ calls, and was promoted to HR Executive Intern within two months.
