I am Soham Hasan, a versatile professional currently pursuing a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering. My journey has equipped me with a diverse skill set in sales, operations, and customer relationship management. I have had the privilege of working as an Executive in Unilever’s Pureit CRM department, where I honed my abilities in client acquisition and customer service. My role involved handling the CareLine Service, ensuring that customer needs were met effectively and efficiently.

In addition to my experience at Unilever, I have contributed to Edunex Group as a Brand Promoter and Campus Ambassador, where I developed strong networking and representation skills. My internship at GAO Tek Inc. in New York provided me with valuable insights into human resources, supporting recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. As an Assistant Sales & Operations Manager at QMC, I managed day-to-day operations and implemented process improvements that significantly enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction.
