What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable Appian BPM and low-code solutions, contribute to secure workflow automation, and grow my capabilities in Generative AI and LLM-based automation within Agile delivery teams.

At Birlasoft, I build and maintain enterprise BPM applications on Appian for a Johnson & Johnson pharma account. I developed the Health Authority Query Management System, modeling regulated query lifecycles with SLAs, escalations, task routing, audit traceability, Microsoft Graph API communications, and AWS S3 document storage.

I've optimized SQL and a!queryEntity performance, implemented RBAC and record-level security, and supported SIT, UAT, deployments, production troubleshooting, and root cause analysis across DEV, UAT, and PROD. I'm also exploring Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering to extend workflow automation capabilities.
