At Telus Digital, I design, develop, and support end-to-end Appian applications for enterprise clients. I build Process Models, SAIL interfaces, Records, Reports, and Custom Data Types aligned with business requirements.

I've extended Appian capabilities through custom plugins, Smart Services, Group types, and security models. I also integrate external systems through REST, Google APIs, built-in adapters, and custom adapters to automate workflows and document generation.

On SILA, I helped modernize legacy MS Access and SQL systems into a scalable Appian web application, including data structures for projects, budgets, and group management. I implemented validations, audit logs, secure activity tracking, and automated reporting through Google Sheets, Docs, and PDF APIs.

I provide production support for mission-critical systems, handling incident resolution, root cause analysis, SLA-based ticket closure, break/fix testing, and deployments. I'm an Appian Certified Associate Developer and an MCA University Gold Medalist.
