I translate stakeholder requirements into Appian process flows and resolve incidents while delivering enhancements through change management.
I've developed process models, rules, reports, interfaces, database models, and workflows for claims-auditing applications including Connected Data Loops and Smart Audit. I'm an Appian Certified Associate Developer and Senior Developer, with hands-on work in SAIL, integrations, APIs, testing, performance optimization, and health checks.
