What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end technical program delivery, deepen employer partnerships, and apply AI-enabled workflow tooling to help talent reach real hiring outcomes.

I’m a program and technology professional with a computer engineering background, specializing in workforce development, employer partnerships, and technical program delivery in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.

I built and scaled an employability program from the ground up—connecting Palestinian tech talent to global hiring opportunities—placing 100+ people into jobs and internships while developing 53 active employer and partner relationships.

In my current Program Tech Coordinator role, I own end-to-end operations across concurrent programs, talent matching, internship placements, and cohort coordination. I designed challenge & sprint-based learning cycles with industry partners, coordinated mentor and deliverable logistics, and built an open-source learning framework for community-driven study groups.

I’m also hands-on with AI-enabled workflow tooling and architecture—Claude Certified Architect (Anthropic)—with experience across the Claude API and Claude Code, plus training and operational delivery. I built GSG’s Talent Platform from the ground up, combining an ATS with candidate and donor tracking, spend analysis, dashboards, and AI capabilities for candidate support.
