At Speedrack West, I own full-cycle recruitment for roles across technical, executive, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and operations. I partner with department leaders on job requirements and interview processes, and present qualified shortlists for final decisions.
I also manage onboarding and offboarding administration for employees and international contractors, and coordinate timesheets, PTO, payroll inputs, and HR records. Previously, I managed HR operations and recruitment for a remote workforce at Landmark Associates, Inc.
