At OCTANE Management Consultants S.A., I support HR processes and tools while advising on recruitment, employee evaluation and development. I also provide technical support for project information and prepare evaluation materials for the Managing Authority.
At UNICERT ACADEMY (Lifelong Learning Centre), I led implementation of Greek NSRF (ESPA)-funded projects and held scientific and organisational responsibility for co-funded and privately funded programmes. These included voucher programmes for 80,000 and 150,000 employees in green and digital skills.
At EVROPROODOS Lifelong Learning Centre, I implemented co-funded employment programmes for 36,500 people and served as Head of the Career Counselling Office and seminar coordinator. I also collected beneficiary feedback to improve programme design and implementation.
My work has also included delivering training at IEK ANT1 MEDIA LAB, managing student internship and career services at NEW YORK COLLEGE, and supporting social policy initiatives at REGION OF WESTERN GREECE AND THE IONIAN ISLANDS.
