I've supported TATA AIA platform engineering at Apexon, handling L1 and L2 support for CP & Payments and Siddhi applications. I use Node.js scripts, Postgres, Grafana-Loki, and Jira to validate data, investigate production errors, and manage defects.
At UST Global, I tested Dell Mobile Services, Dell Digital Protection/Encryption, and Cloud Management Suite applications. I performed API testing with Postman, regression and acceptance testing, Android CTA testing, and root-cause analysis of distributed-system logs.
Across Infosys engagements for T-Mobile, Bank of America, DirecTV/AT&T, and Airtel Money, I've translated requirements into test scenarios, built and maintained Java/J2EE web functionality, and tested REST and SOAP services. My work has covered Cucumber BDD, JSP, JavaScript, SQL, JUnit, Git, Maven, and Apache Camel.
