I’m a BBA graduate with internship experience in HR operations, onboarding, employee data management, and HR reporting. In my HR Intern role at Rapido, I supported end-to-end employee onboarding and ensured accurate documentation and record management through Darwinbox HRMS.

I maintain and update employee data using MS Excel and Darwinbox HRMS, manage attendance and OOO tracker updates, and help keep workforce information accurate. I also supported performance management by maintaining review-related records and assisting HR administrative processes.

I’m driven by HR analytics and workforce insights, and I applied that interest in an empirical research paper on skill-based hiring using SPSS/Excel. Alongside this, I’ve strengthened coordination and stakeholder communication through NAAC documentation support and leadership roles like Head of Promotion (boosting participation by 40%).
