In my current Senior Analyst role at The Smart Cube (WNS), I deliver end-to-end analytics for sourcing and procurement—using RFI/RFP analysis, vendor benchmarking, pricing evaluation, and spend insights to enable data-driven vendor selection and cost optimization.

I design and deploy interactive dashboards in Tableau and Excel to track consulting spend, contract performance, and supplier metrics, driving strategic vendor negotiations and achieving ~20% cost savings. I partner with category managers and stakeholders to monitor budget vs. actual spend, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions; I’ve also supported global pharma clients with supplier performance and category-level insights to improve supplier strategy. Alongside client-facing account management, I’ve conducted in-depth research using Bloomberg and Capital IQ to support market entry decisions—improving turnaround time by 40%—and I’ve led time-sensitive projects including training and managing analysts for high-accuracy delivery.
