I’m looking to be integral to a customer support team where I can apply AR QA expertise, monitor performance, coach improvements, and help deliver monthly client quality. I want a place that values continual improvement and responds quickly to changing needs.

I’m a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst focused on Accounts Receivable (AR) and customer support, where I translate call and claim insights into better outcomes. I’m driven by a people-help attitude, efficiency, and the discipline to respond to changing needs with consistent quality.

My journey spans multiple healthcare revenue and support environments, starting as a trainee accounts receivable role in 2009 and progressing through process associate, SME, and quality analyst responsibilities. At Coronis Ajuba Health Ltd, I currently deliver remote QA for AR—monitoring calls, auditing claim progress, and ensuring information is complete for downstream billing.

I’ve been recognized as “Best Employer of the month and quarter,” and I’m a certified quality analyst and trainer. I’m also a Six Sigma Yellow belt certified (Cascade), using structured problem-solving to reduce variation and improve how teams deliver client requirements monthly.

In quality and operations, I place calls to insurance companies and providers, document accurate details in client software, audit patient balances, send statements, and escalate missing information to the right billing team. I monitor team trends, conduct refresher role plays and assessments, participate in calibration sessions, and provide regular feedback to keep performance strong and service excellent.
