Process customer payments and support retail operations, including restocking, inventory entry, and maintaining an organized backstock system. Maintain cleanliness and assist customers with product information, pricing/tag updates, and recommendations.

Ensure secure, safe detention facility operations through rounds, observation checks, secure credential handling, and controlling access via communications systems and control panels. Conduct searches, intake and release processing, court representation, and maintain accurate legal/medical reports and database entries.

Support customer service and order fulfillment by entering data from calls and onsite visits into the online system and preparing store pickup orders accurately. Use lifts, carts, and equipment to organize merchandise, track inventory, and resolve order-related issues.
