What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead engineering organizations, delivery transformation, and product engineering where I can align technology execution with business outcomes, develop leaders, and strengthen Agile, SDLC, release governance, and engineering excellence.

I've led enterprise engineering delivery for Qatar Airways Flight Operations systems, strengthening release governance, delivery KPIs, cross-functional planning, and Agile practices across multiple teams.

At Paul Mason Consulting, I transitioned engineering organizations from waterfall to Scrum, scaled Agile adoption across five teams, introduced release planning practices, and coached leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Delivery Managers.

I've also founded and exited RideTrackers, an IoT fleet-management product business, and led product, analytics, and release initiatives for Sagitec, HDFC Bank, TCS, and Microsoft’s Windows Live Intelligence team.
