I am a technology and program delivery leader with over 25 years of experience spanning software development, systems design, engineering management, program management, and enterprise Agile delivery.
I began my career as a software developer and progressed into roles involving architecture, distributed engineering, delivery leadership, and large-scale organisational change. This technical foundation helps me work effectively with engineering teams while translating business priorities into executable programs.
In my previous roles, I coordinated delivery across approximately 15 Scrum teams, working with product, engineering, business, and leadership stakeholders. My experience includes program planning, dependency management, risk management, stakeholder communication, delivery governance, team coaching, and improving execution across complex environments.
My approach is pragmatic rather than framework-driven. I focus on identifying delivery constraints, improving decision-making, clarifying ownership, managing cross-team dependencies, and helping teams deliver meaningful outcomes.

Intentional career break. Left Hach in Jan 2025 and moved from Bangalore to Goa for a slower, farm-based life. Stayed hands-on with modern AI-assisted development tools, shipping several full-stack products end to end, including a live revenue-tracking tool for a family handmade-goods business.
Technical and operations partner to a bootstrapped, solo-founder handmade soap business (my wife's). Built the customer-facing site (Next.js), SoapLedger (a revenue-tracking app), and learned SEO from scratch: 774 clicks, 63.2K impressions over 16 months, zero ad spend.
Ran an Agile Release Train of 15+ scrum teams across the US, Germany, Switzerland, and India: 50+ sprints at velocity 120, 92.4% burn-down. Led the Azure Service Fabric migration for 5,000+ customer accounts. DBS Certified Practitioner; cut defect leakage from ~22% to 5% and built a 3-5 day onboarding program.
Helped grow the India Development Center from 5 to ~30 people, standing up 3 full-stack scrum teams plus firmware, mobile, and DevOps teams. Set up the IoT hardware lab and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bamboo). Built web REST APIs and extended Microsoft Identity Server for headless IoT device authentication, work that later scaled into the Claros web APIs. DBS Certified Practitioner.
Owned architecture and technical governance for Opics Plus (core banking) in regulated financial services. Redesigned the client/server installer (InstallShield to WiX/WPF), cutting configuration time from one week to 15 minutes. Piloted a working AWS prototype for the cloud roadmap. Used Redgate profiling to cut an 8-12 hour batch job to 25 minutes, saving an at-risk account.
Spanned hands-on .NET delivery, presales, and practice lead work across Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Finance; final two years as Account Architect for a Manufacturing account. Won and led Wipro's first outsourced framework engagement for a US insurance provider, flying to the US to win a live vendor pitch. Built a decision matrix that saved 9-12 months of redevelopment time.
Early career developer roles across Geometric Software Solutions, Pixel Technologies, Transworld Ltd., and Supertech Solutions (Dubai). Built supply chain systems for GM and DaimlerChrysler at Geometric. Gained foundational experience in Visual Basic, .NET, and BizTalk across the other roles.
