I’m the Founder of EAA Scanner, built to make European Accessibility Act (EAA) compliance affordable for EU website clients. I deliver whole-site accessibility scans (up to 50 pages) and a plain-language, prioritized fix list, plus the legally required accessibility statement in EN, DE, and FR.
As a Fractional Programme Manager & Agile Coach, I support engineering organizations with multiple Scrum teams that need a programme layer. I bring PMO infrastructure, Scrum of Scrums, PI Planning, and real-time Jira dashboards—so leadership has delivery visibility they can act on.
Earlier, I led large-scale engineering programmes as Lead Project Manager II at Hach (Danaher), managing 15+ Scrum teams across the US, Germany, Switzerland, and India. I also served as DBS Agile Coach across Danaher operating companies—facilitating Kaizen events, release planning, and Agile onboardings—while independently coaching additional teams.
On the technical and operations side, I’ve served as a freelance Technical & Operations Director, shipping customer-facing web and building custom operational tooling.
