I've led enterprise transformation programs across BFSI, NBFC, banking, telecom, and manufacturing for more than 20 years. My work spans BI/DWH, cloud adoption, ERP, analytics, regulatory reporting, governance, and global delivery.
At DMI Finance, I managed analytics projects for consumer durables, lifestyle, and personal loans, migrating Salesforce and Experian data to AWS Redshift and Tableau. Previously at Bajaj FinServ, I moved BI/DWH platforms to Azure, built a UCIC customer repository, and delivered Tableau and Power BI dashboards for CXOs.
I've also led PMU digital initiatives at NISG/TRAI and delivered BI, DWH, and ERP programs through Wipro for clients including IDFC Bank, Vodafone, National Grid, MAC, QAPCO, and Indian telecom companies. I bring hands-on experience aligning stakeholders, vendors, budgets, risks, and delivery teams across India, the UK, USA, Middle East, and APAC.
