What I'm looking for

I want a role where I can own end-to-end hiring or operations work—posting roles, coordinating interviews and onboarding, tracking metrics, and keeping processes accurate and compliant.

I run full-cycle recruitment at Vitworker in Bydgoszcz, handling sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support. I work with hiring managers on job requirements, optimize postings across job platforms, and keep ATS/CRM recruitment records compliant.

Before that, I coordinated schedules, documentation, and project tracking at Flex International in Tczew, and earlier worked in quality control and QMS support at Acerico. My earlier credit roles in Bangalore focused on overdue account management, payment negotiations, financial statement analysis, and AML/FCA compliance.
