I’m looking for a fast-paced engineering team where I can build and harden backend REST APIs in Python/Django, own secure authentication features, and grow through code reviews, practical mentorship, and real production impact.

I’m a Backend Developer with hands-on experience building production-ready REST APIs using Python and Django REST Framework. I design secure authentication flows with JWT and token lifecycle management, including access/refresh handling and token blacklisting.

I’m skilled in PostgreSQL and scalable API design, and I bring a strong CS foundation with Data Structures and Algorithms (476+ LeetCode problems solved). In my projects, I focused on practical backend concerns like registration/login, profile management, password reset, and reliable secret handling through environment-based configuration.

I also go beyond coursework—I authored and published secretsguardian, an open-source Python package on PyPI as a secure, drop-in replacement for python-decouple. I’m passionate about well-structured backend systems and I’m eager to contribute to a fast-paced engineering team that values clarity, security, and maintainability.

URL Shortener API

Developed a REST API to shorten long URLs and redirect short codes using PostgreSQL-backed persistence. Implemented environment-based secret management via .env to keep credentials out of code.
