I am a passionate individual with a BSc in Electronics from North West University, where I also studied Mathematics and Computer Science. My educational background has equipped me with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, which I apply in my current role as a Customer Sales Representative at Mindpearl. Here, I assist customers with their bookings using the Amadeus system, ensuring a seamless experience for each client.

Previously, I worked as a Store Assistant at Mr Price, where I honed my customer service skills by assisting in various departments and managing till points. My adaptability and attention to detail have been key to my success in both roles, allowing me to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
