What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to mental health awareness and psychological wellbeing through research, content development, and user-centered initiatives that blend psychology, creativity, and meaningful support.

I'm a psychology graduate and co-founder of the Sumona Mental Health App, where I contribute research, content development, feature planning, and resources for individuals, caregivers, and professionals.

My work is grounded in firsthand psychotherapy-clinic experience, including psychological observation, behavioral documentation, case notes, data collection, and exposure to counseling techniques and mental health assessments.

I also authored The Power of Introspection, blending psychology and philosophy to make personal growth and human behavior more accessible.

My undergraduate dissertation examined the correlation between early childhood experiences and adult attachment styles, reflecting my interest in human behavior, mental health awareness, and meaningful living.
