I've led QA for Instigate Mobile projects spanning ticketing, healthcare, gaming, and fitness products. I plan and maintain QA processes, manage risks and delivery communication, and work closely with customers, product teams, and developers.
I've led testing teams of up to 15 people and tested web, mobile, OTT, and API experiences across Android, iOS, Apple TV, Fire TV, Roku, and Chromecast. My work includes functional, regression, compatibility, load, localization, and API testing using Jira, TestRail, Postman, Charles, Swagger, and SQL.
