Siphokazi Gumede

My name is Siphokazi Innocentia Gumede, and I am an aspiring electrical engineer with a strong foundation in customer service. I completed my electrical engineering studies at Esayidi TVET College, where I gained valuable theoretical knowledge and practical skills. My educational journey has equipped me with the necessary tools to excel in the engineering field.

In addition to my academic background, I have hands-on experience working as a Call Centre Agent at Outworx Contact Centre and participated in a learnership at Shoprite Supermarkets.
