What I'm looking for
I am an experienced Technical Support Lead with a background in managing support operations, leading teams, and delivering high-quality technical solutions. I focus on resolving complex issues efficiently while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.
At ValueLabs I lead a functional support team, conduct UAT for releases, manage translation workflows, and act as a solution specialist for a video content platform.
