I've supported manual QA delivery at Accenture for Best Buy and Metrolinx, testing OneStream financial, budgeting, and forecasting modules. I create and execute test cases for Cube Views, dashboards, workflows, data management, transformation rules, and data accuracy.
Previously at ITC Infotech, I tested OneStream and Magento e-commerce applications for Walmart, covering order lifecycles, product catalogs, pricing, promotions, coupon logic, data migration, and regression testing. I work closely with business analysts and cross-functional teams to manage defects in JIRA, document testing, and support confident QA sign-off.
