Shruti Wagh

At Infosys Pvt. Ltd., I performed manual testing across web-based applications and contributed to a 10% reduction in post-release defects by identifying and documenting critical bugs.

On the HSBC EDPI ECTO project, I tested SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules, including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and Time sheet. I created and executed test cases for functional and integration testing and supported UAT.

I automated functional and regression test cases with Tricentis Tosca, using reusable modules and data-driven testing. I also managed defects in JIRA and HP ALM and contributed to QA sign-offs and release notes.

On COMPASS, I reviewed requirements and designed end-to-end test strategies for complex business flows. I also used Tosca for end-to-end scenarios in the ZOOM Automation POC across Salesforce, Zuora, and the Zoom website.
