I’m a Software Quality Engineer with 5 years of experience delivering strong software quality through manual testing, functional testing, regression testing, UAT, and defect prevention. I’ve designed, reviewed, and executed 300+ manual test cases and scenarios based on business requirements, and I manage test execution and artifacts using QTest in Agile Scrum environments.
I validate end-to-end workflows and integrations across retail and enterprise applications, including SAP SuccessFactors and order management systems (OMS/COM/SOM), and I perform API testing with Postman to verify request-response and backend behavior. I also run SQL-based backend validations for data consistency, track and retest defects using JIRA, and support accessibility testing with NVDA—while building my automation capability through foundational Selenium knowledge.
