I've shipped enterprise AI agent products at NewRocket, including Knowledge, ITSM, and HRSM agents now live with ServiceNow Store customers. I also built AI ServiceNow Developer, a multi-agent system that generates code, runs peer review, and orchestrates delivery using a fine-tuned domain model.

As a founding AI engineer at Ovam AI, I trained a 2B model with RLVR from 0% to 82% on a coding benchmark using affordable hardware. I built recursive coding, code-review, security, text-to-SQL, and screen-aware support agents, with RAG, graph-based code analysis, and production deployment at the core.

At ServiceNow, I architected Major Incident Management for the Service Operations Workspace and built large-scale sorting, grouping, filtering, escalation, and Microsoft Teams integration capabilities. My work has also helped map ML-driven incident clustering to a $2M/year customer deal.

I bring full-stack and systems engineering experience from fintech SaaS, mobile marketplaces, and real-time computer vision. For assistive smart glasses, I reduced per-frame inference latency from 60 seconds to 0.1 seconds through memory-efficient clustering and edge-optimized multiprocessing.
