Previously at Vodafone Group IoT, I led a global team of eight Bid Directors and Bid Managers delivering complex strategic bids up to €100M TCV across automotive and other sectors. I improved bid practices and AI-based tools to support an 80% win rate, while personally leading key commercial and contractual negotiations.
At SSE Telecoms (Neos Networks), I led a 12-person bid team delivering strategic UK bids up to £100M TCV and supported the CRO with propositions, sales strategy and business development. I also led MBNL's £1 billion telecoms tower procurement programme across acquisition, design, construction and rigging.
