I also own localization operations across international rollouts, connecting release schedules, quality metrics, budget tracking, user behavior, and feedback into practical recommendations. I’ve established templates, glossaries, and briefs that improve translation turnaround times while keeping brand communication consistent across regions.

Earlier at impact.com, I ran Agile ceremonies across engineering squads, launched a global LMS, and supported international recruitment and HR operations. I’m most effective when I can remove operational friction and create repeatable systems that give teams room to build and ship value.
