What I'm looking for
I am a Global HR Director with deep experience partnering executive teams across EMEA, AMER and APAC to strengthen organisational health, capability and culture. I bring commercial insight, people-centric leadership and a strong commitment to fairness and performance.
I have led international HR strategy and operations, directed multi-disciplinary people teams, and acted as a trusted executive HR partner through scale-up, IPO- and acquisition-readiness activities. I specialise in organisational design, workforce planning and leadership capability building.
My hands-on experience includes modernising performance frameworks, implementing global HR operations and payroll improvements, and managing complex employee relations and restructuring with compliance and fairness. I have driven culture and performance practices that support commercial growth and successful integrations.
