Through an independent coffee kiosk marketing project, I researched products and services, reviewed customer needs, and developed a sample customer conversation script. I work independently in remote environments and learn digital tools quickly.

I'm a native Russian speaker with upper-intermediate English and intermediate Spanish, open to administrative support, customer support, back-office, documentation, operations, data-entry, and Russian-language AI evaluation work.
