What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can strengthen audit-ready risk and internal controls while partnering with delivery and stakeholders. I want ownership of governance and remediation roadmaps, plus data-driven customer and service outcomes.

I’m an Advisory Manager in Risk & Internal Control at Grant Thornton, where I lead COSO-aligned internal control design, walkthroughs, and testing across P2P, O2C, and R2R cycles. I serve as a final reviewer for RCMs and control narratives, strengthening audit reliance and coordinating issue resolution with external auditors.

Before that, I built delivery muscle as a GlassHouse Service Delivery Project Manager, owning project governance, client communication, and delivery quality using ITIL frameworks. I also managed project governance and reporting at DT Cloud through Jira and Confluence, while using advanced analytics to monitor strategic accounts and client health.

Earlier in my career, I learned to drive outcomes through customer engagement as a Customer Success Manager at Prisync—guiding global clients through platform setup, delivering tailored onboarding, and analyzing objectives to support competitor price tracking and dynamic pricing. I bring a cross-functional mindset that translates well across risk, delivery, and long-term customer value, with a background in Philosophy and strong honors from Boğaziçi University.
