I've assessed information security and IT risks across approximately 20 Arla Foods production sites in Poland, Denmark, and Sweden, covering systems, infrastructure, and technology environments.
At Arla Foods, I led the ServiceNow GRC Risk Management implementation as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the implementation vendor. I translated manual risk processes into automated workflows, coordinated requirements, testing, validation, and deployment, and supported dashboards that improved risk visibility.
Earlier, I executed IT audits at MAPFRE and supported IT audit delivery at Aktif Bank, evaluating controls, documenting findings, tracking action plans, and communicating practical recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
I work across IT risk management, audit, assurance, control testing, and risk treatment, drawing on ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, PCI DSS, NIST, ITIL, and ITGC practices.
