Direct and coordinate the importation and integration of new plant materials from India, ensuring appropriate transplanting procedures and ongoing plant care for approximately 300,000 plants. Lead nursery operations by managing staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and scheduling to align with business objectives.

Led and supervised a team of over 60 farm workers in greenhouse crop production, focusing on maintaining high standards of productivity, quality, and safety. Oversaw the entire tomato crop lifecycle, from greenhouse preparation and planting to harvesting, ensuring optimal growth through precise monitoring of EC, pH levels, and moisture.
