I am a goal-driven Management Assistant with a background in agricultural crop management and hands-on farm operations. I combine analytical thinking with emotional intelligence to solve problems creatively while maintaining high standards.

I have planned planting schedules, prepared and conditioned soil, managed irrigation systems, and applied pest control measures to protect yields. I have carried out timely harvesting operations and ensured market-ready quality.

In my studies I focused on management assistant skills, computer practice, information processing, office practice, and communication, building a foundation for administrative and operational roles. I am experienced in report writing, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
