I seek a role where I can ensure product quality end-to-end, collaborate in Agile teams, drive defect reduction, and contribute to documentation and release excellence.

I am a Quality Assurance specialist with extensive hands-on experience testing complex SaaS products across web, mobile (iOS & Android) and Shopify integrations. I execute thorough end-to-end, regression, exploratory, integration and smoke testing to ensure production stability.

At Melian Labs USA – MyTime, I designed and ran comprehensive test plans and cases for booking systems, POS, memberships, marketing tools, inventory, consumer apps and third-party integrations, contributing to the delivery of 800+ features and maintaining a <2% integration issue rate.

I achieved 98% bug validation accuracy, reduced post-release functional bugs by 25–30% YoY, and created test documentation, release notes and setup guides actively used by QA, product managers, developers and clients. I collaborate closely in Agile teams using tools like Pivotal Tracker, Light Tracker, BrowserStack and LambdaTest.
